• This website’s content may not be used outside the use permissible by these terms and conditions unless written approval has been granted by Us.
• You agree to refrain from any activity that could cause damage to this website.
• You agree to not access or attempt to access other users’ account information.
• You also agree that you will not breach nor attempt to breach any security measure enforced on this website.

TERMS OF SALE -

All sale and purchase contracts concluded through the use of this website will be subject to these terms and conditions and governed by English Law.

• The full payment for all orders must be made at the time of placing your order, of which details must be given at the time of placing your order.
• All transactions are encrypted using secure socket layer (SSL) technology. Therefore, we do not store any payment or financial information in our system.
• Listed prices on this website are displayed in GBP. When purchasing goods from outside of the United Kingdom, all payments will be taken in this currency unless you have elected to change the currency on the site prior to ordering.
• Listed prices are exclusive of any chargeable import taxes or duties implemented by the destination country of the order recipient.
• As the person placing the order, you agree to be liable for any such charges associated with your order.
• Listed prices also exclude delivery costs. Delivery costs will be additionally charged at the final stage of checkout.
• Through ordering goods from this website, you agree to allow Achilles to verify your card details with your card issuer. We will do our best to ensure that any such checks are completed as soon as is reasonably possible. However, please note that we refuse to take responsibility for any delays caused by undertaking such checks.
• We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
• We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
• All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
• We do our best to ensure that the information presented to you on this website is accurate (please see section titled “Information Accuracy” for more information). • Despatch times will vary according to availability. If despatch is affected by delays resulting from postal issues or other causes outside our control, you agree to not hold us responsible for such inconveniences.

• If you receive your despatch email before your cancellation confirmation, please follow the RETURNS procedure for returning the goods.

We attempt to display all product colours on this website accurately, however please note that the colour seen by you will be subject to the display settings on your personal device used to access this website. We cannot therefore guarantee that an accurate representation of product colours can be seen by you.
• Through the use of this website, and purchase of Achilles goods through it, you accept that all product specifications have the potential to vary marginally.

• Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

ORDER AMENDMENTS - 

If you have ordered the wrong item or size then we will still have to fulfil the original order, please take time to check through your order before submitting, if you have ordered the wrong item then you will have to return the original item for an exchange.

DELIVERY INFORMATION -

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation number on screen and an email of acknowledgement to confirm that your order is being processed.

• You will later receive a second email to confirm despatch of your goods - this will include a tracking code, for the shipping agent or courier which you can enter in order to monitor its progress.
• For international orders, the tracking code may be sent separately. The status of your order can also be checked on your “Order Status” page in the “Your Account” section of this website.
• The delivery address cannot be changed after an order has been placed. If you have any concerns about an order that has already been placed please contact us or email us at info@achillestactical.com.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS -

Achilles is dedicated to the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. However, should you not be satisfied with your purchase, items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days after your order is delivered, providing it meets our full RETURNS criteria.

In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, your items must be returned in an identical condition to that in which it is received by you;

• This condition should be as: new, unworn, unaltered; displayed in its original packaging with all tags still attached where applicable.
• Returns that do not meet these criteria will be refused.
• Returns made in accordance with these conditions will be credited to the original payment method and will be made within 30 days from receipt of return.
• PLEASE NOTE that we are not liable for the costs associated with the return of your order.
• Unwanted goods must be returned using a traceable, reliable and insured method.
• The return postage must be pre-paid and all returned goods must be fully insured for the credit amount you expect. Should the return parcel incur loss or damage, you will be liable for the costs associated with said loss or damage.
• You may be eligible to exchange an item should any unwanted goods be returned in identical condition as received. However, PLEASE NOTE that Achilles is not obliged to agree to make any exchange and is entitled to treat any attempted exchange of goods as a simple return.
• Notwithstanding the above, any exchanges are subject to availability (and any balance of the purchase price owed being duly paid together with any additional despatch costs linked to the exchanged item).
• PLEASE NOTE that items received as a gift must be returned by the original purchaser.

RETURNS PROCEDURE -

Please return all unwanted items to the address attached to the packaging slip. PLEASE NOTE that this may be overseas.

• Once your return has been received, your items will be inspected by our returns team.
• You will then receive an email to confirm the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
• If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
• PLEASE NOTE that any shipping fees incurred on the original order are final and will not be refunded.
• On occasion, you may be required to provide the proof of postage receipt for your return parcel to have your refund or exchange approved; therefore, you must retain your proof of postage receipt until you receive email confirmation that your return has been approved by our returns team.
