返金ポリシー
We pride ourselves on the highest quality of products and printing, therefore we are always happy to replace and / or refund any products which don't meet your full satisfaction should there be any quality issues that we should have foreseen and avoided prior to the dispatch of your order.
Any claims deemed an error on our part will be covered by our own expense and replaced free of charge to you (Minus any cost of return postage that you are responsible for).
Nothing in the below policy will restrict us in trying to fully resolve any issues you may have to the full satisfaction to everyone concerned wherever possible.
QUALIFYING RETURNS -
In order to qualify for a refund or replacement to your order the following must be satisfied;
- Any refunds or replacement orders for misprinted, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received by You. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
- If you notice an issue with the products on receipt you must contact us via email or by using our 'Contact Us' form prior to returning the item or making a claim.
- The defective item must be returned to the address of the manufacturing and distribution facility from where it came. (This is clearly printed on the paperwork attached to the delivery). When the returned item is received, you will receive an email notification as confirmation.
WRONG ADDRESS -
- If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, and therefore not delivered, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
UNCLAIMED ORDERS -
- Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).
- If you do not claim (or update a suitable address for) any unclaimed orders, due to the wrong shipping address you hereby agree that the unclaimed order will be donated to charity.
CUSTOMER ERROR -
- As all of our products are selected and printed individually through 3rd party manufacturers and printer, we are unfortunately unable to refund orders that have been 'ordered in error', whether this is design, colour, type and / or size.
- Size exchanges will only be offered in exceptional circumstances and at our discretion as they will be at our expense. Therefore we reserve the rights to refuse returns at our sole discretion.
- A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size, colour choice, change in design or type of product.
- Thus is according to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
- The supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised;
- Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
